Well this is a promising update from Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey's divorce...
On Friday, it was revealed that the estranged couple have come to an agreement regarding custody of their two-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey. Oh, happy day!!

According to The Blast, court documents show that the Glee actress and the West Virginia native have decided to share joint legal and physical custody of their youngster. While this is a good sign that things have taken an amicable turn for these two, sources note the decision is only a temporary one as the former flames are still working out a schedule for the long term.
Regardless, Dorsey's legal team from Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers has agreed to consult with Miz Rivera "on all major decisions related to the child's health, education, and welfare." Glad to hear it!!
Things have been undeniably tense between Naya and Ryan as they've filed for divorce for a second time after the two got into a physical altercation over Thanksgiving weekend. As you surely saw, the 30-year-old was arrested for domestic battery after allegedly hitting her (soon-to-be ex) husband.
Fingers crossed things will stay civil as the exes continue to work out the specifics of their divorce.
