The reality TV starlet made the decision earlier this month to fire her longtime assistant and Keeping Up With The Kardashians guest star Stephanie Shepherd, but it seems like they truly are not on good terms!

On Wednesday, the former assistant took to her Instagram Story to share a cryptic message about "self care" and how sometimes it may involve "letting go of a bad friend."
